In the Kitchen quilt
Nine retro-flavored appliqué blocks cook up a kitchen full of fun.
This wallhanging was inspired by mid-century cookbook illustrations, using a limited color palette to suggest the two-color printing process often employed by such books. Appliqué blocks of various sizes are combined with simple checkerboard pieced sections and borders.
